After delivering medical, dental, office, and retail interiors for other firms, our leadership kept running into the same gap: design decisions made in one room and construction realities discovered in another. NovanArc was built to close that gap—one team accountable for the drawings, the schedule, the trades, and the final walkthrough.

Nolan leads construction operations, from preconstruction pricing and scheduling through trade coordination and turnover. He has run commercial interior projects across healthcare, office, and retail, and spends most of his week on active job sites.
18+ years in commercial interior construction
Principal & Director of Design
Vera leads space planning, material selections, and design development, translating how a business operates into a layout that supports it. She works directly with owners and consultants to keep design intent intact through construction.
14+ years in commercial interior design
Senior Project Manager
Elliot manages permitting, submittals, procurement, and site logistics, keeping schedules and long-lead items ahead of the field. He is the day-to-day point of contact for most NovanArc clients.
