Meridian Dental Studio

The practice wanted a clinical space that felt calm rather than institutional. We planned the suite around a clear patient path—reception, consult, then treatment—while keeping the sterilization core central so the clinical team never crosses patient circulation. Warm maple casework, soft white walls, and a quiet gray porcelain floor keep the palette clean and easy to maintain.

Work was phased around the building's occupied hours. We handled selective demolition, new partition framing, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in for each operatory, coordinating chair utilities, nitrous lines, and imaging equipment with the vendor's shop drawings before walls closed. Casework was templated on site to keep countertop seams tight against finished walls.

Reveals were held tight where casework meets drywall, cove base runs continuous behind every cabinet, and the flooring seams were laid out so no joint lands in a patient's line of sight. Outlets, data drops, and switch heights were dimensioned against the equipment cut sheets before rough-in, so nothing had to be relocated after finishes.

The studio opened on schedule with four fully equipped operatories, a dedicated sterilization suite, and a consult room that doubles as a doctor's office. Every equipment rough-in landed within tolerance, and the practice began seeing patients the week after turnover.
